Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick orders from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment with careful attention to detail.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas to ensure efficient workflow.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work history demonstrating punctuality and attendance.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
