Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely after training.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy (typing and navigating windows).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required).
