Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting and verification
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while adhering to time-sensitive delivery windows
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Follow all OSHA guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including early morning/weekend shifts
- No prior warehouse experience needed – training provided
