Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and organize merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Package and label products for shipment with strict attention to safety and detail.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Conveyor systems) following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
