Responsibilities
- Efficiently package and prepare orders for shipment using industry-standard equipment
- Perform inventory management and stock rotation to maintain accurate records
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following OSHA guidelines
- Assist with receiving shipments and verifying order accuracy

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
