Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Organize inventory in compliance with warehouse management systems
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct daily inspections
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (company vehicle use optional)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to North Kansas City facility
