Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and inventory control.
- Prepare and package customer orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required by the shift schedule.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for data entry.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (loading dock conditions).
