Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space through daily cleaning routines
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanners
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to start work immediately (no delays)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
