Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately for shipment according to safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (comprehensive training provided).
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in our system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and safe for all employees.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
