Responsibilities
- Operational Duties: Efficiently load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse facility using appropriate equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure high accuracy rates and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) as required by the shift assignment.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly workspace at all times to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for delivery roles).
