Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pack, seal, and label products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Operate handheld scanners and computers to track incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (preferred but not required).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for shift shifts if applicable).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (on-the-job training provided).
