Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders according to strict quality standards and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory and assist with cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and managing inventory.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
