Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise onto and off of trucks, pallets, and carts using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and stocking products according to company protocols.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and secure wrapping.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid Driver's License and Social Security Card.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
