Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort freight safely and efficiently using various material handling equipment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Ensure all packaging meets quality standards and shipping requirements.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and productivity targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
