Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise between receiving, storage, and shipping areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and label items accurately to ensure timely and safe delivery.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning devices and warehouse management software to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to start immediately upon hiring.
