Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming stock while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Picking & Packing: Fulfill customer orders by locating, picking, and packaging items with precision and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to ensure daily targets are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
