Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure 100% accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, handheld scanners) safely and in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times to prevent accidents and ensure quality control.
- Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock checks to verify inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping quotas and operational deadlines.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipment discrepancies and address customer inquiries.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville facility.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
