Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels on the warehouse floor.
- Load and unload trucks with precision to prevent damage to goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in logistics coordination and communicate effectively with the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
