The Role:
You will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and shipped on time. If you are reliable, physically fit, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and punctuality.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
