Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and package products for shipping with strict attention to detail and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update stock records in the management system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory management.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for immediate hiring.
