Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package goods with precision and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Load/unload trucks following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times
- Report equipment issues or warehouse hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to our Atlanta facility
- Pass pre-employment background check (non-felonies considered)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
