Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using barcode scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization standards
- Operate material handling equipment safely (forklift certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment deadlines
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing merchandise
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
