Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff and coordinate daily shift operations
- Optimize inventory management and implement lean principles
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Manage loading/unloading processes and coordinate with transportation teams
- Train and develop warehouse staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, productivity metrics, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams for inventory forecasting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles
