Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with OSHA-certified training provided
- Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle count activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for equipment operation)
