Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in our WMS platform
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift/pallet jack) with OSHA certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Support quality control processes to ensure shipment accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends as needed)
