Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package shipments in compliance with safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to quality control standards and maintain clean work areas
- Support loading/unloading operations with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
