Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and conveyor systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and digital records via WMS software
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety compliance
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Support quality control inspections and documentation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
