Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in fast-paced emergency and urgent care settings
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain precise electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide patient education on health management and prevention
- Respond effectively to critical situations following ACLS protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 2 years of ER/urgent care experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
