Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in our fast-paced ICU/ER departments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Document patient records accurately using Epic EMR systems
- Mentor new staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Respond effectively to critical situations and emergency protocols
- Participate in shift-to-shift handovers ensuring continuity of care
Qualifications
- Valid California RN license (or compact license eligible)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience preferred
- BSN degree strongly preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Demonstrated proficiency in electronic health records
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
