Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in a temperature-controlled facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Load/unload freight trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Operate warehouse management system software for tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM (Sunday - Thursday)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
