Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders across Manhattan
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer records
- Operate company vehicles following safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries using GPS tools
- Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license required
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of NYC boroughs and traffic patterns
- Reliable transportation to depot (5th Ave location)
- Background check clearance
