Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy using barcode scanning systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Stand/walk for 8+ hours in a temperature-controlled facility
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-paid)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to Livernois Ave location
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
