Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for timely deliveryMaintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts per company standardsOperate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targetsAdhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standardsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
