Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout shift
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to the warehouse facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
