Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and medication administration
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Accurately document patient information in electronic health records

Qualifications
- Current Tennessee CNA license or equivalent medical certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in acute care or long-term setting
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Background check and drug screen clearance
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
