Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and manage inventory
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts/pallet jacks)
- Maintain accurate stock records and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Support weekend shipping/receiving deadlines
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Background check and drug screen required
