Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders within strict deadlines
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock levels
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to optimize weekend workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Document daily operations using warehouse management systems
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding operational issues
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to weekend shifts
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
