Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and urgency
- Train new staff on service standards, safety protocols, and POS systems
- Monitor financial performance during peak weekend hours
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume weekend environments
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Flexible availability (Friday-Sunday shifts, including holidays)
- Basic proficiency in inventory management and POS systems
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
