Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Lead a team of 10-15 weekend staff members with performance management
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Manage inventory control systems and report discrepancies
- Optimize weekend workflows for maximum efficiency
- Communicate with weekday management team for operational alignment
- Handle urgent customer inquiries and escalations during weekends
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management success
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday oversight
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM schedule
