Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 healthcare staff across weekend shifts
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient safety protocols
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and incident reporting
- Manage staff scheduling and performance reviews
- Conduct weekly audits of care documentation
- Collaborate with department heads for operational improvements
- Train new staff on weekend-specific procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years healthcare supervisory experience required
- Active Pennsylvania RN or LPN license
- BLS/CPR certification (must maintain)
- Proven weekend shift management skills
- Advanced EMR system proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Philadelphia area residency preferred
