Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations including inventory management and customer service
- Lead and mentor 5-8 weekend staff members to achieve performance targets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless transition of operations
- Monitor sales metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making abilities
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid Kansas driver's license (if required for logistics)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
