Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in ICU/ER departments
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document EMR records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Implement evidence-based nursing interventions
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Participate in weekend rapid response team activations
Qualifications
- Current WA RN license (required)
- BSN or higher preferred
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Weekend availability mandatory
