Responsibilities

- Provide 24/7 weekend technical support for enterprise clients
- Execute system upgrades and security patches during off-peak hours

- Respond to emergency service calls within 2-hour SLA
- Conduct weekend system performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT infrastructure experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces

- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
