Responsibilities
- Delve patient care in fast-paced clinical environments
- Administer medications and treatments under physician guidance
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Coordinate patient flow and triage during weekend hours
- Assist with minor procedures and diagnostic testing
- Provide patient education and emotional support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in urgent care settings
