Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting during weekend shifts
- Execute system maintenance and updates to ensure operational continuity

- Train and mentor new weekend shift associates as needed

Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support or IT operations experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Proficiency in network administration and cloud technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if field visits required)
