Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues
- Execute system maintenance, updates, and security patches during weekend maintenance windows
- Monitor and troubleshoot server environments, cloud platforms, and virtualized systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical escalations
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in ITSM tools
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Support emergency on-call rotations for critical system outages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience working in 24/7/365 operational environments
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with network protocols and security tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
