- Coordinate weekend logistics across 3 operational zones with real-time monitoring
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak weekend operations (Sat-Sun)
- Implement emergency response protocols for urgent client requests

- Train new associates on weekend-specific procedures

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shift coordination or logistics management
