Responsibilities
- Manage 24/7 weekend system monitoring and incident response for enterprise clients
- Execute critical infrastructure updates during low-traffic weekend windows
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via chat, phone, and remote access
- Document all maintenance activities using internal ticketing systems
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Participate in monthly weekend on-call rotations
- Contribute to process optimization for weekend operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT operations or technical support role
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/Linux environments
- Available to work Saturday-Sunday shifts (7 AM - 7 PM)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
