Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Perform clinical duties including vital signs, EKGs, and injections
- Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures
- Manage electronic health records and patient documentation
- Handle patient intake and triage with empathy and efficiency
- Coordinate weekend appointment scheduling and flow
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in outpatient setting
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to cover weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
