Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming helpdesk tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Onboard new employees and configure workstations for weekend access.
- Collaborate with the onsite team to ensure business continuity and minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues, resolutions, and asset inventories.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure server stability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Desktop Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to troubleshoot connectivity and peripheral device issues independently.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
